Super Bowl

“The Best Football Game I’ve Ever Seen”

 When the CEO of a major Retail Supplier had to entertain his 20 biggest customers, who just so happened to include the CMO of a Fortune 30 firm and the President of a $2 billion dollar enterprise, he turned to Corporate Events Group. The Result:

Corporate Events Group set up adjoining suites at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess for each party, next door to the PGA’s FBR Open taking place the same weekend. Corporate Events Group arranged for Private Skybox access, fully catered, for all guests at the FBR Open during the day and VIP party passes for the Maxim, Victoria’s Secret, and Sports Illustrated parties by night. Transportation needs? Corporate Events Group provided, and dispatched, one of their exquisite 30 person Limo Buses with three wet-bars, a 50-inch flat screen, and on-board restroom for the length of the week.

 "I want this sales incentive contest to really wow my team"

Nothing will incentivize a sales force like a 4 day getaway to the biggest corporate event of the year. Corporate Events Group helped brand the sales incentive contest for one of the largest Insurance providers in North America and provided online registration for each of the winners. Once registered, a personal Corporate Events Group "Champions Club" Concierge booked airfare and took care of all room blocks and accommodations at the luxury Marriott property and an 8 bedroom mansion on the ultra-exlcusive Siver Creek Golf Club. 

Each guest was greeted personally by a private towncar or limo for larger groups with a "Congratulations and Welcome" sign and taken to their accommodations. Business meetings were arranged in the state-of-the-art four star meeting facilities by Corporate Events Group Staff before the real fun began. A private golf tournament Emceed by an NFL Great precluded a beautiful dinner in a private room at the Mastro's Ocean Club. The party continued on luxury motorcoach all the way to the SI Super Bowl Party with celebrity guests Donovan McNabb, Swimsuit Model Marissa Miller, Drew Brees, Jamal Lewis, and other NFL Stars.

Come gameday, the Champions Club members were greeted with a private masseuse going through each room and relaxing each member for the upcoming day. A luxury motorcoach, fully stocked of course, delivered the desrving sales executives to the NFL's On-Location Super Bowl Tailgate Party featuring Earth, Wind, & Fire. All-you-can-eat food and beverage were enjoyed for 3 hours prior to kickoff while the attendees rocked out to the tunes of Earth, Wind, & Fire.

Our Insurance experts were then led by Corporate Events Group staff to their seats in the NFL's "Oasis," where they enjoyed free food and drink throughout Super Bowl XLII while enjoying a private table at their seats.

After a relaxing ride home and a long night's sleep recovering from one of the most exciting Super Bowl's in years, the vacationers were dispatched by personal towncar, all managed by Corporate Events Group to make the necessary changes, to the Phoenix airport and back to another week of sales excellence.

Sundance FIlm Festival

Corporate Events Group arranged for private chauffeured shuttle van and luxury SUV service around the clock and on-call for any needs, an absolute necessity when so many people descend on such a small town. It doesn’t stop there: CEG provided five different 10 person Mansions in prestigious Deer Valley, right in the heart of the action.

Care to take home the memories: Corporate Events Group arranged for a "Private Papparazzi" to follow the incentive travels throughout their experiences at Sundance and caught our guests with multiple celebrities throughout the weekend.  

CEG arranged for reservations at the hottest local restaurants, relying on the knowledge of numerous years of experience. After dinner? How about passes to the Entertainment Weekly private after-party followed by the Green Door Paris Hilton party or a 50 Cent concert? CEG provided the group with access to over 12 concerts and hundreds of parties while constatnly keeping them wired to the hottest changes and movies with a sizeable 'on the ground' staff available at every turn. During the day Corporate Events Group arranged for movie screenings, ski and snowboard rentals direct to the mansions, and lift tickets for the entire group to world famous Park City Mountain.

The weekend was topped off by a night to be remembered by all. Our guests were greeted by Luxury SUV and taken to Chef Dance- the ultra-exclusive dining experience where 100 lucky guests experience one of the world's most renowned chef's that has been flown in just for this "who's-who" event. Our guests enjoy a succulent 5 course meal prepared right in front of their eyes as they star gaze at the A-list Celebs sharing their dining adventure with them. Once the meal is finished, our guests embark up the private stairway VIP entrance to Harry O's and are led to their private Cabanas with full bottle service and open bar throughout the 50 Cent concert.

 “I had a group of VIP clients in town for a New Year’s event and wanted to do something special for everyone.  Naturally, I thought it would be great to do an event around the Rose Bowl, as most of the group was from the East Coast and had never experienced these festivities.  After doing some preliminary research and calling around to local brokers, I had trouble finding access I needed to accommodate my entire group.  I was told by several people that most Rose Bowl suites are not private and would not be large enough for my group, or as intimate as I would like.  I contacted CEG and to my surprise it took only about a day for them to find me a private and fully catered suite to accommodate my group.
